Below are answers to the most common questions about Eastlake Barbell Club (EBC), including membership, open gym access, coaching, and jobs.

  • At Eastlake Barbell Club, we specialize in small group personal training classes. This format offers the benefits of a personalized training program tailored to your goals and needs while also being more cost-effective than traditional one-on-one training. A membership at our gym also provides a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and motivating community. Each small group personal training class includes a dedicated coach to guide members through their personalized programs, assist with form, and offer support as needed.

    We offer three primary membership options:

    • Unlimited classes: $399/month

    • 8 classes per month: $320/month

    • Open gym: $150/month

    We also have a free introductory week trial if you would like to try out our classes to see if our gym is a good fit for you. With the membership, you will also get access to any member workshops we host and access to all of our open gym times.

  • Yes — Eastlake Barbell Club offers is the only gym in Eastlake that offers open gym hours for members to workout, without signing up for personal training.

    Open gym is perfect for:

    • People who already follow a lifting program

    • Members who want a consistent place to train (without the crowds of a commercial gym)

    • Anyone who prefers to train independently with access to high-quality equipment

    All open gym hours are supervised with staff on hand to keep the gym safe, secure, and offer any assistance needed.

  • Yes. Several of our trainers at Eastlake Barbell Club offer private 1v1 training for those who want a more personal experience. Personal training is a great choice if you want help with:

    • Strength training and general fitness

    • Learning proper lifting form

    • Fat loss / body recomposition

    • Building muscle and athletic performance

    • Barbell movements like squat, bench, deadlift, and Olympic lifting.

  • Not at the moment — we currently don’t have any job openings at Eastlake Barbell Club.

  • Eastlake Barbell Club offers a Trainer Residency program for a small number of independent personal trainers who want to train their clients out of a premium, private gym environment.

    Residents get access to our full facility (free weights, cables, cardio, and accessory equipment) and can train clients anytime outside of class hours.

  • No problem at all — beginners are welcome at Eastlake Barbell Club. A big part of our culture is helping people get started the right way, without intimidation or confusion.

    We’ve worked with plenty of members who:
