These terms describe use of the Eastlake Barbell Club website and general information about our memberships, services, and merchandise. The website is operated by Eastlake Barbell Club LLC (“EBC,” “we,” or “us”).
Gym participation and memberships are also subject to the agreements and waivers presented during signup. These website terms do not replace those documents or limit rights provided by law.
Age eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use an EBC membership, trial, or guest pass and to access the gym.
Memberships and billing
Our recurring memberships are month to month, with no joining fee.
Membership signup, billing, waivers, and session scheduling are managed through Mindbody. Review the membership details, recurring payment authorization, and applicable agreement before purchasing.
Membership cancellation
To cancel your membership, email hello@eastlakebarbellclub.com at least 30 days before your intended cancellation. Include your name and the email associated with your membership.
Payments scheduled during the 30-day notice period are charged in full. Your membership and access continue through the end of the billing period covered by your final payment. We do not prorate that final billing period.
We will confirm your final payment, if any, and the date your membership ends.
These provisions do not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
Trials and guest passes
Our free trial is available to Eastlake residents aged 18 or older. The current offer describes the included access and sessions. We may ask you to provide proof of residency in Eastlake during your first session.
Guest passes provide access for the period and services described at purchase. All participants must complete the required signup process and applicable agreements before using the gym.
Purchasing merchandise does not include gym access.
Scheduling and facility access
Coached sessions take place at scheduled times and are subject to availability. Open-gym access does not mean that a coach or staff member will be present.
Member access is available daily from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., subject to temporary closures for maintenance, emergencies, or other necessary operational reasons.
Access credentials are personal. Do not share them or admit unauthorized visitors. Follow posted rules and staff instructions. We reserve the right to terminate a membership for unauthorized sharing of access codes and credentials.
Security systems and panic buttons support facility safety but do not replace on-site supervision or guarantee an immediate emergency response. In an emergency, call 911.
Community standards
Everyone using EBC must follow our Code of Conduct.
We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abuse. Depending on the circumstances, violations may result in removal from the facility, suspension of access, or termination of membership, subject to applicable agreements and law.
Merchandise purchases and pickup
Merchandise purchases are processed through Mindbody. A customer account is required, but an EBC gym membership is not.

We do not offer shipping. Contact us to confirm pickup arrangements. A merchandise purchase does not grant access to the gym during unstaffed hours.
Available sizes, prices, and product options are shown during purchase. Review your order and any applicable taxes before completing payment.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
We accept returns or size exchanges within 30 days of pickup for unused, unwashed merchandise. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after we accept the return. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us so we can help resolve the issue. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
Partner benefits
Some memberships include benefits from participating local businesses. Eligibility, redemption requirements, and availability are described with the applicable membership offer.
Partner services are provided by those businesses under their own booking requirements and terms. Contact EBC if you need help understanding a benefit.
Website use and content
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other visitors.
Website text, branding, photography, and other materials belong to EBC or their respective owners. Permission is required for commercial reuse unless otherwise permitted by law.
Exercise and fitness information on this website is general information and does not replace individualized advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Results vary between individuals.
Third-party services and privacy
Our website includes links to or integrations with Mindbody and other providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Updates
We may update website information and these terms. Changes to website terms do not automatically amend an existing membership agreement or purchase. Any changes to those arrangements remain subject to applicable agreements and law.
